If you’ve placed an order for a journal with custom content, you’ll be sent an email shortly with a link to an online form. This will ask you a number of questions about the content you’d like included in your journal. Your order will not be classed as placed until this form has been submitted.

Please allow between 7 and 10 working days from order completion to delivery.

I’ll aim to have your journal sent to print within 3-5 working days from the date your order is placed (and form submitted, if relevant).

Once your order has been sent to print, it will be printed and dispatched in 3-4 working days.

Delivery within the UK is via Royal Mail’s 24 hour service.

It is your responsibility to ensure all details on your order are correct. This includes your choices for colours and all personalisation requests (including spelling).

We do offer international shipping however please allow extra shipping time for overseas deliveries (2 – 3 weeks is not unusual). Import duties, taxes or charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price of goods or shipment. We advise you check with your local customs office directly before placing your order as these charges are set by the destination country.

Returns

All sales are final and non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges.

In the unlikely event that there is a printing error in your journal, please email hello@lifeofsprout.co.uk as soon as you notice the error.
