We all know how busy life can be, specially when you are looking after a little one.

I know you’re excited to get journalling. To record all the first’s, funny things said and the wonderful memories you are creating together. Except, well, finding the time to do it can be tricky!

Just use the Life of Sprout milestone and memory tracker. I know how easy it is to think I’ll never forget, but as the time disappears, we all do. When did the first tooth come? What was it she said again? 

Simply print off the tracker, pop it on the fridge or somewhere handy and jot down the dates as and when they happen.

Then come back to your journal when you have the time, with the security of knowing nothing will have been forgotten!
